My internship was at a 4 stars hotel which is known worldwilde. There more than 400 employees so they had a cafeteria.Each day I would go eat my dinner there. You could take the soup, sald, and the main course, and sometimes there was some nice desserts. It was the desserts that the people at conventions didn’t eat. So during the 14 weeks of my internship I gained 10 pounds.

So now I don’t fit in my clothes and I want to loose that 10 pounds. So I decided to cut the desserts during the weekdays and its so hard. Chocolate is one of my best friends. I go out to walk or I do some exercices that I find on you tube. I also went to a Zumba Class with my mom, I thought that I would crash on the floor. It was so hard but I did like it. When I will have a job, I would like to get a membership and learn the steps.

Also I’m looking in the internet for some recipes that are low fat and that I can try. Another problem is that I’m always hungry, ALWAYS. I try to drink a lot of water and tea, but I always want to eat something. So loosing that 10 pounds is work in progress and It won’t happen in a day but I’m working on it.

    It is awesome that you have a goal of 10 lbs. You can totally do it. There are some great recipes on my blog as well as the many other wordpress foodie blogs. Keep up hope, and keep moving!
